Inserting the batteries
1. Insert new or fully charged batteries into the sterilized TRILOGY.
2. Slide battery cap inwards until it clicks.

Initial-Pairing
1. Turn on the Bluetooth loudspeaker. Start the TRILOGY unit by pressing and holding the On/Off button until the “On/Off” indicator starts blinking slowly in a blue color. The connection will take about 40 - 60 seconds.
2. Once the Bluetooth connection has been established, the “On/Off” indicator will turn green. Pairing can be done without any probe attached. Signal - no probe attached
3. The “Battery” indicator blinks yellow when batteries are properly inserted.
To pair additional TRILOGY units to the same loudspeaker, the Bluetooth button located on top of the loudspeaker must also be turned on.

1. Turn on Bluetooth loudspeaker.
Attach the probe and secure it with the fixation nut.
2. Turn on TRILOGY.

3. The “On/Off” indicator will blink quickly in a blue color. A short audible signal together with the green “On/Off” indicator confirms proper connection.

Volume Setting
• Absent “Probe” indicator signal and green “On/Off” indicator signal means Bluetooth connection is established and TRILOGY is ready for use.
By pushing the TRILOGY button “Volume” the volume can be adjusted in 3 different levels:
• Apply fingertip to the Doppler sensor at the distal end of the probe to ensure it is detecting and transmitting sound to the loudspeaker. • Red light “Probe” indicator signals that the probe was already used. • Violet “Probe” indicator signals non-compatible probe.
• Low volume: one LED light is on • Medium volume: two LED lights are on • High volume: three LED lights are on
The volume setting can also be adjusted by pushing the “+/-” volume buttons on the Bluetooth loudspeaker.

Battery Status
• When a battery has been inserted and TRILOGY is in the “Off” mode, the “Battery” indicator light will blink yellow.

Removing the batteries after the operation
1. Tilt the battery cap upwards and remove it.
• A constant yellow light indicates low battery level. Can finish current operation but do not start a new operation. • Red light indicates very low battery level. TRILOGY will soon turn off! 2. The batteries are lying freely inside the battery compartment and can be dropped into a non-sterile area without touching them.

Application Status - checking the final three applications
• Application nr 48 (3 remaining HAL-RAR treatments possible) – 3 x audible signals, simultaneous red blinking LEDs • Application nr 49 (2 remaining HAL-RAR treatments possible) – 2 x audible signals, simultaneous red blinking LEDs
10 Counting all remaining applications 1. Press and hold the “Volume” and “On/Off” buttons at the same time. 2. Wait for the automatic check of the indicator lights.
• Application nr 50 (final application) - 1 x uninterrupted audible signal, simultaneous constant red LEDs
3. A green blinking sequence process will be activated – – Each blinking sequence of the “Probe” indicator represents a value of 10. – Each blinking sequence of the “Battery” indicator represents a value of 1.
• Expired Wi-3 HAL-RAR Unit (after 50 applications) - No Bluetooth connection possible. All three indicators will have a constant red LED.
Example: – “Probe” indicator blinks 3 times – “Battery” indicator blinks 8 times TRILOGY can be used 38 more times.
