PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This product is a required accessory clamp that is used to attach an Allen Flex Frame to the end of a surgical table.

SPECIFICATIONS 

500 lb (227 kg) Patient Weight Capacity. (Do not exceed Surgical Table weight rating.)



Fits standard OR rails.



Fits OR table width range of 20” to 24” (outside to outside of rail).

INSTALLATION Attach clamps to OR table. 

Ensure knob is retracted.



Clip on near open area on table rail.



Slide to end of rail and tighten knob securely.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE •

After each use, clean the device.

•

Clean and disinfect using a quaternary ammonium disinfecting/cleaning solution following the manufacturers recommendation for achieving low-level disinfection.

•

Read the cleaning product’s directions and follow the instructions on the label. Use caution in areas where fluid migration may occur.

•

After each use or disinfection, clean the device with alcohol-based wipes.

•

Wipe device with a clean, dry cloth.

•

Make certain the product is dry prior to reinstalling to avoid damage.

WARNING: Damage may result if product is cleaned with bleach.
