INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE PRODUCT FEATURES The Easy-Lock™ Socket has a simple snap-on attachment that can be used at any rail location. Provides secure clamping for the most demanding applications.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WARNING: Prior to using this device, please read the instructions for equipment set up and use. Familiarize yourself with the product before application on a patient. WARNING: To prevent patient and/or user injury and/or equipment damage, examine the device and surgical-table side rails for potential damage or wear prior to use. Do not use the device: if damage is visible, if parts are missing, or if it does not function as expected. WARNING: To prevent patient and/or user injury and/or equipment damage, verify the device attaching clamps completely touch the table-side rails and are firmly in place. Apply device only to US standard side rails. Test the locking mechanism to ensure no movement when elevated or pushed. CAUTION: Socket must be tightened prior to use. CAUTION: Do not exceed 50lb. (22.7kg) accessory weight. CAUTION: Do not span table joint with socket. CAUTION: To prevent patient and/or injury and/or equipment damage: all modifications, upgrades, or repairs must be performed by an Allen authorized specialist. Failure to comply may void warranty.

EQUIPMENT SET UP AND USE

Place top jaw of the socket on the rail

Snap the lower jaw onto the rail

Place the accessory into the accessory hole and tighten clamp

To remove, loosen the lock, remove the accessory and grasp the clamp at the lower jaw to release

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE •

After each use, clean the device.

•

Clean and disinfect using a quaternary ammonium disinfecting/cleaning solution following the manufacturers recommendation for achieving low-level disinfection.

•

Read the cleaning product’s directions and follow the instructions on the label. Use caution in areas where fluid migration may occur.

•

After each use or disinfection, clean the device with alcohol-based wipes.

•

Wipe device with a clean, dry cloth.

•

Make certain the product is dry prior to reinstalling to avoid damage.

WARNING: Damage may result if product is cleaned with bleach.
