1
Remove the two transport straps by pulling their ends. Remove the cardboard covers around the panel. (See fig. 1 - 3)
2
Remove the tape, boxes, both legs and the plastic cover. (See fig. 4 - 6)
3
Remove the screws holding the two wooden boards at the front on the pallet. Save the boards for use further in the assembly process. (See fig. 7)
4
Undo the back cover and remove it together with the lid. (6 screws, 2 nuts and 2 washers). (See fig. 8 & 9)
5
Connect temporarily to power supply. (See fig. 10) (See chapter “Electrical installation” )
6
Raise the panel to top position by pressing the "UP" button. (See fig. 11)
7
Remove the bottom frame covers. (See fig. 12)
8
Remove the angle iron brackets. (See fig. 13)
9
Place one of the wooden boards under one side of the panel to slighty raise it. (See fig. 14)
15 Secure the plastic bushings (see fig. F on page 5) into the holes in the legs. (See fig. 20)
16 Refit the bottom frame covers. Fasten the covers in the sides of the panel with screws (see fig. F on page 5) into the plastic bushings. (See fig. 21)
10 (This step is for1600 mm and 2150 mm bathtub only) Assemble a foot (from the assembly kit) on each leg. (See fig. 15)
17 Align the two bottom covers with the stabilizer clip. (See fig. 22)
11 Mount the first leg to the raised side of the panel. (See fig. 16)
18 Pull down the roller blind on the front side of the panel and set into position. (See fig. 23)
•
WARNING Moving the panel to the floor requires two people to keep balance and avoid injury. •
12 Move the wooden board to the other side. (See fig. 17) Mount the second leg.
13 Move the panel forward so the back feet are close to the end of the pallet. (See fig. 18)
14 While one person carefully tips the panel forward have the second person remove the pallet. (See fig. 19) Then carefully lower onto all 4 feet and move panel into position.
8
Preparations for mounting of bathtub 1
Make sure that the panel is in its top position. Remove the rubber stoppers on the clamps. (See fig. 1)
2
System with Hydromassage only: • Loosen the hose clamps on the connections of the hydropump. (See fig. 2) • Fit the hydromassage nozzles to the bathtub. The suction nozzle must be secured with air nipple connection in top position.(See fig. 3)
3
System with Hydrosound only: Mounting of the transducer to the bathtub: • Slide transducer into tub opening with connector facing down. (See fig. 4) • Manually press the transducer towards the tub surface, and from behind, slightly tighten the six M4 nuts in sequence. (See fig. 5) Make sure the transducer is mounted level. Finally, tighten the screws in sequence with a maximum torque of 4 Nm. • After securing the tub to the panel, connect the hydrosound cable to the transducer. (See fig. 5) • Connect the transducer ground cable to the common ground connection point on the mixer. (See fig. 6)

Mounting of bathtub 1
Locate the two tub hooks into the pillar clamps. (See fig. 1)
5
For bath system with hydromassage only:
•
2
NOTE Failing to position the air hose correctly will result in water leaking during use.
Cut a section of cardboard from the packaging, place it between the tub and panel to prevent the seal from catching between the tub and panel. (See fig. 2) (Not applicable for assembly of the Primo Ferro bathtub.)
Make sure that the air hose for the air flow adjustment is placed with its highest position above the overflow. (See fig. 5) • Attach the nipple and hose to the hydromassage inlet nozzle. (See fig. 6)
3
Raise the outer end of the tub to horizontal position, and fasten it with the 2 bolts accessible from the rear side of the panel (taped to the clamp). (See fig. 3)
4
Connecting sensor cables: (See fig. 4)
• Tighten all hydromassage hose clamps.
•
NOTE The autofill and level sensing will not work if the following is done incorrectly. •
• Connect the longest cable to the level sensor placed to the left of the drain (A). (Comes with autofill and hydro option tubs.) • Connect the shortest cable to the top level sensor (B). (Comes with autofill and hydro option tubs.) • Connect the bottom level reference sensor into the hole located on the side of the temperature nipple housing (C). • Place the plastic washer (G) over the nipple thread. Attach the temperature sensor (D) and fasten the plastic nut. Primo Ferro Systems only: • Fasten the ground wire (yellow/green) to the mounting bracket (E).

Assembly of drainage with overflow 1
Insert the drain hose end (A) through the hole in the lower left part of the panel. (See fig. 1)
2
From the rear side of the panel, connect the drain hose section (A) to the air gap drain (B). (See fig. 2)
3
Dismantle the overflow drain: (See fig. 3) • Put 2 mm allen key in the hole in the lower part of the cap (A) and loosen the screw. Remove the cap. • Loosen the nut (B) and remove the parts (C).
4
Mount the overflow drain on the tub. Position the washer (A) so that the small hole is in the lowest position. (See fig. 4 & 5) CAUTION Only use hand tools to tighten screw A (see fig. 6). Overtightening will cause stress cracks in the tubs gel coat and drain connection.
5
Mount the bottom drain section according to illustration (See fig. 6). Always ensure the thicker seal is used on the tubs underside as illustrated.
•
14
6
Mount the drain bracket on the right (or left) bottom side of the panel. (See fig. 7)
7
Cut the drain pipe to a suitable length according to the site specifications. (See fig. 8 & 9) Create airgap if needed. (See chapter “Drain installation” )
8
Connect the drain hose to the drain pipe. (See fig. 10) Tighten with the clamp.

From the rear side of the panel, connect the drain hose (A) to the airgap drain (B). (See fig. 2) CAUTION Only use hand tools to tighten nut B (see fig. 3). Overtightening will cause stress cracks in the tubs gel coat and drain connection.
3
Mount the bottom drain: • Apply silicone (Dow Corning 732 or equivalent) to the underside of the drainage nipple (A). • Now place it in the tub drain hole. • From the tub underside, fit and tighten the nut (B). (See fig. 3)
16
4
Mount the drain bracket on the right (or left) bottom side of the panel. (See fig. 4)
5
Cut the drain pipe to a suitable length according to the site specifications. (See fig. 5 & 6) Create airgap if needed. (See chapter “Drain installation” )

Electrical installation With the bath system connected to the earth equalization connection point in the building, measure with an ohmmeter on the parts listed below. (Use the earth connection point shown in figure 1 as the reference point when testing)
•
1
WARNING All plumbing and electrical work must be carried out by qualified personnel according to regulations and local codes.
2
• •
CAUTION When measuring on visible metal surfaces such as the hydrosound transducer or tub take the reading on a non visable area as a spark from the instrument can mark the surface.
