Quick Reference Guidelines for Infusomat® Space

Change infusion set:

• Interrupt connection to the patient to avoid dosage errors during line change. • Never leave the pump unattended during a line change. • Pump must be powered ON to change the giving set. 1. Press to stop infusion. • Ensure the roller clamp is closed on the giving set; disconnect from the patient.

2. Press and to open the pump door. 3. Pull door down to open. 4. Press the green opening lever of the anti-free flow device within the pump.

5. Remove set and replace with a new line. 6. Press pump door firmly to close. ! Check the displayed values with the values intended. Start only if values correspond. Í
