5 FAQ + Troubleshooting 5.1 Problem: Setup requires the .net Framework If you got during the installation process the message that the Setup requires the .net Framework you can choice one of two possibilities.
1. If you confirm the message with „Yes“, you will be forwarded to the website of Microsoft, where you have to choose your CPU family and language, before you can download the latest version of .net. 2. If you select „No“, you cancel the Setup Process. You can install the .net Frameworkfrom the CD. Start from the folder „ dotnet Framework“ the file „dotnetfx2.0.exe“. After successful installation please run the OxyTrue A Setup again.
5.2 Problem: No connection to device 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

5.5 Problem: Empty downloaded dataset An entire download has no data. This happens when in the pulse oximeter device the action “delete all data” has been performed and no new measurement has been done. Check the data manager in the device to see if there is any data stored.
5.6 Printing problems Go to menu point FILE and select Printer Setup. Make sure that the correct printer is selected and the correct settings have been set for the printer.
