T34TM syringe pump CME Brand 3rd Edition
Dear Valued Customer, At Becton Dickinson (formerly CME) we strive to continuously improve the products and services we offer. We would like to inform you that T34™ CME Ambulatory Syringe Pump REF 999-103EN has undergone manufacturing improvements and updates to comply with edition 3.1 of IEC 606011 Standard requirements. All previous pumps manufactured before April 2018 are referred to as 2nd edition pumps. Prior to use of your newly received T34TM 3rd Edition syringe pump, please consider the following important information: •
BodyCommTM V3.0 Software - This optional service software has been upgraded for optimal use with 3rd edition T34TM pumps. The BodyCommTM V3.0 Software is not compatible with 2rd edition T34TM pumps and therefore must not be used in this configuration - Previous versions of BodyCommTM (88-102) are not compatible with T34TM CME 3rd edition pumps and therefore must not be used in this configuration.
Please contact your local representative for further guidance / need for clarification on BodyCommTM service software. Best regards, Sylvain Iff Product Manager Global Ambulatory infusion
