Instruction manual Air flow tester for initial and annual check of nozzles
Procedure of nozzle check at ENDODRY™ Before the first operation and during maintenance every seven nozzles of each drawer need to be checked for correct air flow.
Therefore, the drying phase 1 with 0.5 bars has to be activated in the diagnostic menu. For the test the air flow tester is put on to every nozzle while the air pressure pin is pushed.

The float of the air flow tester needs to reach the black marked range completely. To check the airflow of the air inlet nozzle just put the flowmeter on this nozzle. For the air inlet nozzle, the pin is pushed by the flowmeter.
Caution! Nozzles with low air flow deteriorate the drying results of endoscopes. It is recommended to change these parts with replacement equipment of the manufacturer.
