1 110° tiltable tubes with manual inverter Invertertube™ 303797-9120 Invertertube™ for assistant's microscope 303797-9130 Caution: Note the safety instructions in the user manual of the microscope on which you want to mount the tiltable tubes! Intended use The tiltable tubes offer an inverter function and have been designed for ophthalmic use. Many wideangle observation systems for the posterior segment of the eye provide an inverted intermediate image which is viewed through the surgical microscope. The inverter is used to erect an inverted image. When activating the wide-angle observation system, you must also activate the inverters of the two tiltable tubes for the main surgeon (1) and the assistant (2). When swinging out the wide-angle observation system, you must also deactivate the inverters of the two tiltable tubes (1 and 2) again. With the inverter deactivated, the tiltable tubes have the same optical function as normal tiltable tubes. To ensure sterility, the controls can be equipped with sterilizable caps. 1 2 3 1 2 3 110° tiltable tube, f=170 mm with manual inverter 110° tiltable tube, f=170 mm with manual inverter for the assistant's microscope Caution: The two tiltable tubes must not be interchanged!
