VP1600 Quick Reference  HIGH DEFINITION Still Capture  SYSTEM – OVERVIEW FRONT PANEL 1. POWER BUTTON. Briefly press the POWER button to activate or to place the VP1600 in standby mode. NOTE: Prior to turning off the master power switch: • Briefly press the VP1600 POWER button. • Wait for the green power icon to turn amber. 2. POWER STATUS LIGHT Amber: System is in standby Flashing:  Software is loading  Green:  System is powered on  12 3  3. USB PORT. Connect a portable USB storage device here.  SYSTEM FEATURES • Menus appear on the right side of the display. • Instructions appear at the top of the menus. • Keyboard options appear at the bottom of menus. • Memory capacity is 40 patient studies. • Check memory status by pressing the SETUP key. • Periodically delete patient studies to ensure enough memory for future studies.  KEYBOARD OPERATION • The function keys open menus to operate the VP1600 (top row). • The ARROW, ENTER and EXIT keys are used to navigate the menus. • You must exit a menu prior to opening another menu. • The print and save keys are not active while the image capture is enabled (active patient study).  PRINTING TIPS • The printer may take 45 – 60 seconds to become active following a print command. • Printing may be stopped by disabling auto-print) or using the Cancel-Printing button (for manual printing) in the VP1600 setup menu.
