Part Identifications of the EasiLift
Instructions for Use 1. Place the EasiLift on the floor next to the patient, making sure the chamber with the inlet valve is closest to the floor 2. Ensure all four deflation valves are capped tightly 3. Log roll patient onto the deflated EasiLift and position patient with feet at the valve end where indicated. Loosely secure patient safety straps. Straps will tighten during inflation. 4. The patient can be placed on top of the EasiLift using an air transfer mattress
system. If a transfer mattress system is used, make sure that the air transfer mattress and patient are properly centered on the EasiLift. Always deflate the air transfer mattress prior to inflating the EasiLift. 5. Plug the air supply power cord into a 240vac electrical outlet. 6. Turn on the air supply to initiate air flow. 7. To begin inflation, hold hose nozzle firmly against inlet valve 8. When chamber 1 is fully inflated, the air will go into the second chamber automatically. The same process happens for chambers 3 and 4. DO NOT REMOVE HOSE UNTIL ALL 4 CHAMBERS ARE FULLY INFLATED! 9. When fully inflated, remove hose, valve will automatically close, keeping the EasiLift inflated 10. Turn off the air supply, and attach inlet valve cap before transferring 11. Do not lower the patient by deflating the EasiLift. The EasiLift will become unstable if any f the chambers are deflated.
