3 SMART Connect In connection with an Advantage® Plus 2.0 reprocessing machine, a security query is issued whenever anything is placed in storage to check the correct reprocessing. A maximum permissible time between reprocessing and storage of an endoscope can be specified for this. If the reprocessing was faulty or the maximum permissible time exceeded, a warning is issued when the endoscope is placed in storage. Furthermore, the user and endoscope data can be imported from an Advantage® Plus 2.0 processing machine per click or automatically at adjustable intervals. (see Operating Manual Section 6.7.2.2 and Section 6.8.2.2) Add-on instructions – endoSTORE® neo & one-click

Day hour minute second number
At each process of loading and unloading an endoscope a separate file is stored. In certain events, which are critical for the documentation process, a file is also stored. For example: resetting the drawers. As long as the released files are not retrieved by the HIS, the time stamp of the file name is set continuously and the files are stored in the shared directory. Example: 20150605_081510_1.xml 20150605_081828_1.xml 20150605_082535_1.xml 20150605_082535_2.xml Every file corresponds to one process. Each line of the file starts with a header information followed by defined fields (see description below). The following header information is used: • IN loading information • OUT unloading information • RES a drawer was reset

7 Sensor System Critical values such as temperature, air humidity and flow rate are examined and recorded. Using adjustable tolerance limits, in the event of exceedance a new or prolonged drying phase is initiated to restore the desired climate in the endoSTORE®. Login as Administrator is necessary. Licensing is required for the add-on Sensors. The sensor values are monitored by activating the individual tests.
Activate Display of the sensor value
The maximum and minimum values of the temperature and air humidity can be adjusted on page 2. If the maximum tolerance limits are exceeded, a new or prolonged drying phase (increased airflow through the endoscope channels and active circulating air module) is initiated. When the minimum limit value is achieved, the unit is switched back to the respective phase (usually "storage") .
With an active Sensors add-on, the three buttons can be selected on the main screen. The course of the sensor values from the last 8 and 72 hours can be displayed separately.

7.1
Course of the compressed air
The course of the compressed air shows the output values of the integrated flow sensor. Example: The flow rate in l/min on the measured value "1 h" was recorded an hour ago.
The course of the phase shows the course of time of the different pressure phases, so that the storage and drying phase can also be traced.
The course of the climate shows two curves (green and blue). The green curve represents the course of the relative air humidity. The blue graph depicts the temperature curve. Add-on instructions – endoSTORE® neo & one-click

Issue 01 − Revision 01
If the endoSTORE® has been switched off over a period of time, the sensor values are displayed with zero during this time interval.
8 Multibox For endoscopes with few channels (e.g. bronchoscope), it is possible to store several endoscopes in the same cassette. This additional function enables the recording and documentation for up to four endoscopes. Login as Administrator is necessary. Licensing is required for the Multibox add-on. By activating the Multibox query, one can put several endoscopes, e.g. bronchoscope, in one drawer.
For the loading process, with an activated Multibox add-on always first scan in the cassette's hook-up barcode and then the barcode of the individual endoscopes (see Operating Manual Section 5.7).

9 Transfer By activating the endoscope transfer, endoscopes can be relocated from a central endoSTORE® neo to a decentral store. After storage in a central cabinet in the endoscopy area, a documented storage in the decentral storage area is possible. The process steps at the different storage locations can be recorded without gaps. Login as Administrator is necessary. Licensing, network connection and central SQL database are required for the Transfer add-on. In the Transfer menu, in addition to activating the function you must also enter the maximum allowable transportation time between unloading from the first cabinet and loading into the second cabinet. The maximum allowable time between these activities can be adjusted at the discretion of the operator.
For the Transfer add-on, all cabinets must be operated on a common central SQL database. The operator must provide a SQL database on a central server in the same network for this purpose. For the transition to server operation, the following settings must be made:
