Disconnect the bag hose.
Open the breathing system door.
Push the patient port assembly tab and pull the assembly from the breathing system.
Pull out both flow sensors.
Push the release button to unlock the breathing system.
Grasp the breathing system base, rotate down and pull the assembly away from the anesthesia machine.

Remove the APL valve diaphragm assembly.
Turn the bellows housing counterclockwise and lift.
Hang the bellows inside the bellows housing.
Lift up and remove the entire bellows base assembly and seal.
Disassembly with bellows and reusable canister.
Pull down the canister lifter handle to unlock the canister from the breathing system. Lift the canister and remove it from the lifter base.
Push the side latches toward the center and remove the bellows and lower rim.
For complete ISO 17664 compliant cleaning instructions, refer to the Cleaning and Sterilization User’s Reference Manual.
Ensure clear pressurerelief valve is placed onto the bellows lower rim.
O2 sensor, sensor cable and disposable absorber canister are not autoclavable. Only autoclave parts marked 134˚C.
Do not place flow sensors in an automated washer. Manually clean flow sensors using soaking method.
