CRWPRECISE Lubrication: Please refer to IFU for correct Lubrication product details. Step 1: Base Plate *Note: please be sure to shake the can well before use When lubricating the base plate ensure that the nozzle is as close as possible to the inside corner of the device as shown below:
Ensure that both of the inside corners of the channel have been lubricated and repeat along the other 3 sides.

Step 2: Trunion slides These channels are similar to the base plate, spray into the corners along both sides, repeating on the other trunion as well.

Step 3 : Trunion Supports To properly lubricate the trunion supports spray along inside edge of the silver slide.
Also spray into the corner of the black material focusing primarily on the black surface shown in the photo below:

Spray the threads as well.

Step 4: Trunions The most complex component to lubricate as well as the most crucial. Unlock the silver ring as far as possible to create a separation in-between the silver rings as shown below. The nozzle must be as close as possible to the gap that has been created in order to maximize how much of the lubricant will make it inside.

Repeat this procedure however this time between the middle silver ring and the black portion of the trunion as shown below: Again, keep the nozzle almost at the surface when spraying in order to get as much lubricant as possible into the device.

Lastly, move the components around as much as possible. Lock and unlock the trunion several times in different positions and rotate the trunion back and forth. This will spread the product more evenly allowing for maximum lubrication effect.

Step 7: Probe holder Lastly the probe holder will require some lubricant in a similar fashion to the channels of the base and trunion slides. Ensure that the spray is being directed towards the corner of the component.
Don’t forget to spray the other side as well, to get lubricant into the moving black component.
