Disassembly Open handle completely. If necessary, unlock the locking mechanism on the handle.

To remove the internals, hold the jaws  tightly and open the bayonet mount  by rotating the sheath tube ¼ turn. Pull out the internals.

Dabei entspannt sich die Halsmuskulatur und das Bronchoskop findet bei der Einführung wesentlich geringeren Widerstand am Zungengrund und an der oberen Zahnreihe. Die Beweglichkeit der Kopfstütze ist sehr vielseitig. Die zur Einstellung einzelner SegmentBronchien erforderlichen Kopfbewegungen können vom Untersucher selbst viel exakter vorgenommen werden, als es einer Hilfsperson beim Halten des Kopfes möglich ist.

By lifting the head above the level of the positioning surface (approx. 5-15 cm, depending on the patient), while simultaneously tilting the occipital joint, the cervical spine is stretched. At the same time, the cervical muscles relax and the bronchoscope experiences much less resistance at the base of the tongue and the upper row of teeth during introduction.The mobility of the head rest is quite versatile. The movements of the head necessary to adjust individual segment bronchia can be performed more exactly by the examiner himself/herself than would be possible with an assistant holding the head.

Mediante la elevación de la cabeza por encima de la superficie de posicionamiento (según paciente, 5 a 15 cm aprox.) y la inclinación simultánea de la articulación occipital se extienden las vértebras cervicales. Al hacerlo, la musculatura cervical se relaja y al introducir el broncoscopio, el mismo encuentra mucha menor resistencia en la base de la lengua y la línea dental superior. La movilidad del apoyacabezas es muy variada. Los movimientos de la cabeza necesarios para el ajuste de los segmentos bronquiales individuales, pueden ser realizados por el examinador mismo con mucha mayor exactitud de la que podría ofrecer un ayudante que sostuviera la cabeza.

Lightly grease the cock plug and assemble. Check the movement of the spring mechanism . Slide the outer tube  from the front onto the inner tube  and screw together. Again, check the movement of the spring mechanism.

Lubricar ligeramente con grasa el macho de la llave y montarlo nuevamente. Comprobar el movimiento del mecanismo de resorte  . Deslizar el tubo exterior  por delante sobre el tubo interior  y enroscarlo. Comprobar nuevamente el movimiento del mecanismo de resorte.

Demontage Trokardorn entfernen. Dichtungskappe abnehmen, auf Beschädigung prüfen, ggf. austauschen. Bajonettverschluß  an Trokarhülse lösen. Ventilkopf  abnehmen.

Disassembly Remove trocar tongue. Take off seal bonnet, check for damage; replace if necessary. Loosen bayonet mount  on the trocar cannula. Take off the top of the valve .

Desmontaje Extraer el mandril del trocar. Retire la caperuza de junta, compruebe si presenta deterioros y, si es necesario, cámbiela. Aflojar el cierre de bayoneta  en la vaina del trocar. Retirar el cabezal de la válvula .

El cabezal de la válvula  puede continuar desmontándose, con el fin de cambiar la caperuza pequeña de obturación , el taqué  o la junta interior . Para ello, tire hacia afuera del deslizador e en la palanca  del cabezal de la válvula .

Hebel  gedrückt halten und Stößel  nach hinten entnehmen. Bei Trokaren Größe 6 mm (Kennfarbe: schwarz) und Größe 7 mm (Kennfarbe: gelb) vorher den hinteren Kopfteil abschrauben.

Keep the lever  pressed down and pull out the tappet  towards the back. For trocars size 6 mm (color code: black) and size 7 mm (color code: yellow), first unscrew the rear top part.

Hinweis: Das hintere Kopfteil lässt sich mit aufgesetzter Dichtungskappe leichter abschrauben.

Note: It is easier to unscrew the rear top part if the sealing cap is in place.

Kleine Dichtungskappe abnehmen.

Remove the small sealing cap.

Retirar la pequeña caperuza de junta 

Die innenliegende Dichtung  auf Beschädigung prüfen, ggf. austauschen. Hierzu Schraube über der Dichtung im Uhrzeigersinn (Linksgewinde) aufdrehen.

Check the inside seal  for damage, replace if necessary. To do this, turn the screw over the seal clockwise (left-handed thread).

Comprobar si la junta interior  presenta deterioros; dado el caso, cambiarla. Para ello, abrir el tornillo sobre la junta en el sentido de las agujas del reloj (rosca hacia la izquierda).

To do this, pull out the pusher  on the lever  on the top of the valve .

Mantener presionada hacia abajo la placa del pulgar  y extraer hacia atrás el taqué . En el caso de trocares de tamaño 6 mm (código de color: negro) y tamaño 7 mm (código de color: amarillo) desenroscar primeramente la pieza posterior del cabezal. Disassembly Remove trocar tip. Turn knurled ring clockwise (left-handed thread) and remove from flexible trocar sleeve together with the top of the valve.

Desmontaje Extraiga el mandril del trocar. Gire el anillo moleteado en el sentido de las agujas del reloj (rosca izquierda) y retírelo de la vaina flexible junto con el cabezal de la válvula.

Montage Rämdelring über die flexible Trokarhülse legen und mit aufgesetztem Ventilkopf verschrauben. Trokardorn aufsetzen. Trokarschutzkappe aufsetzen.

Assembly Place knurled ring over the flexible trocar sleeve and screw to the mounted valve top. Put on trocar tip. Put on protective cap

Innenteil von vorne in das Schaftrohr  einführen und durch ¼ Drehung im Bajonettverschluß  des Schaftrohres  arretieren.

Insert the internals from the front into the sheath tube . Lock the internals by rotating ¼ turn in the bayonet mount  on the sheath tube .

Montaje Compruebe todas las piezas en cuanto a deterioros. En caso necesario, reemplácelas. Con especial esmero han de comprobarse las mordazas, articulaciones y el aislamiento. Introdúzcase la parte interior desde delante en el tubo de la vaina .

Das Schaftrohr mit geschlossenen Maulteilen bis zum Anschlag in den vollständig geöffneten Handgriff einführen. Das Schaftrohr nun durch vollständiges Schließen des Handgriffes arretieren.

Insert the outer tube, with the jaws closed, as far as it will go into the completely opened handle. Then lock the outer tube by closing the handle completely.

In die Gelenke einen Tropfen Instrumentenöl (Art.-Nr. 27656) einbringen.

Place a drop of instrument oil (Art. no. 27656) in the joints.

Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Test for proper operation.

Fijela parte interior girando ¼ el cierre de bayoneta  del tubo de la vaina . Introduzca la vaina con las mordazas cerradas hasta el tope en el mango completamente abierto. Fije ahora la vaina cerrando el mango completamente. Introduzca una gota de aceite para instrumentos (art. no. 27656) en las articulaciones. Compruebe el funcionamiento.
