Safety instructions are measures intended to protect the user and patients from the risks which could arise in conjunction with use of the equipment trolley.

The KARL SToRZ AIDA® compact NEo system may only be used by physicians or medical assitants with the relevant qualifications and authorization and who have been instructed in the use of the system.

Option button: You can activate and deactivate the property offered by this option. other options which are adjacent cannot be simultaneously activated. only one option can be activated at a time. As soon as you activate another, the option which was previously activated will be automatically deactivated again.

The main menu contains buttons to switch between the 4 systems CHEX, SCB, AV and AIDA. whenever each system is activated, its button is increased in size to highlight it.

Mit diesem Button schalten Sie die Möglichkeit frei, Einstellungen unter dem Reiter "Kommunikation" tätigen zu können. Sie werden aufgefordert ein Passwort (9999) einzugeben. Dies ist in der Installationsanleitung 96206202D beschrieben und nicht Teil der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung.
Actuating this button allows settings to be changed under the ‘Communication’ tab. You will be requested to enter a password (9999). This feature is described in the Installation Instructions 96206202D rather than in these instructions for use.

SAM: Checking the box under ‘SAM’ allows AIDA compact NEo to communicate with other oR1 systems.

Connected video signal captions 1-3 (configuring): Touching one of the ‘Connected Video Signal Captions 1-3’ selection fields opens a list; here, you can select an entry or enter your own text.

Display ‘Disc or USB drive’ dialog: If the Display ‘Disc or USB drive’ dialog box is checked, you are asked after every procedure to choose between storing the patient data to a USB stick or burning it to a CD/DVD. NOTE: Windows USB flash sticks are not treated the same as external USB hard drives. USB hard drives must be defined via EXPORT.
