FLEX (Kidney / gall bladder elevation) controls the ”back plate” and ”inclination” functions alternatively until the flex position is achieved.
BEACH CHAIR controls the ”back plate” and ”inclination” functions alternatively until the reverse flex position is achieved, then the leg plates are lowered

The back plate, seat plate and leg plate adjustments are motor-driven. The head rest is adjusted manually. The NORMAL patient orientation is preferable to the REVERSE patient orientation.

Precautionary measures •
This operating table may not be used for a patient weight exceeding 450 kg (1000 lb.).
•
Surgical procedures are only permissible on the locked table in the patient orientation shown above.
•
Displacing (Unlock) the operating table with a patient weight between 135 kg (300 lb.) and 225 kg (500 lb.) is only permissible when the table is in its lowest position.
•
Accessories which themselves are quite heavy or which have long lever arms (retractor systems and the like) are particularly liable to cause damage to the side rails.
•
The user must ensure that the operating table is set up at a flat, level and solid location.
•
Some adjustment functions can cause collisions between accessories and the operating table and damages to the accessories.
Î Note: Do not use the override control panel to set up extreme combinations of Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg and lateral tilt adjustments. In case of malfunctions or if the hand control is defective, the most important operating table functions can be controlled via the control panel at the upper column casing (override system).
