How to ZERO device NOTE! presence of ambient air [0% CO2] in the adapter is crucial for successful zero. Avoid breathing near device during zeroing process.

EMMA should read 0.0 at power on. If it does NOT read 0.0 as shown 4 then insert NEW adapter. After inserting NEW adapter if device is NOT 0.0 but has offset 4 then the device needs re-zeroing.
Insert new adapter Press Power On 1 & Alarm 2 buttons simultaneously for 10 secs, then device counts down 10 to 0. When device flashes ‘0’ release both buttons 3 ready to use.
