Date: June 6, 2017 Dear Valued Customer, As part of Masimo’s mission to improve patient outcomes and reduce cost, we at Masimo have made it our priority to continually improve existing products and launch new products that meet our customers’ and patients’ needs. As a result, we must periodically End of Life (EOL) select products. After a product has reached its EOL date, Masimo will continue to provide service for the product until a communicated End of Service Life (EOSL) date. This letter serves as a follow up to the EOL letter you may have received regarding your select product, and serves as a reminder to the EOSL of the listed products.
