Instructions For Use Additional patient interface systems have been identified which are sufficiently non-restrictive for use with the MaxVenturi. The flow rates for these patient interface systems differ from flow rates of the Fisher & Paykel heated humidifier and Optiflow patient interfaces. The lettered scale on the flow meter allows the user to determine the flow for various alternate patient circuits according to the table on the other side of this card. The actual flow rate for each alternate patient circuit can also be found on the Flow Look up Card attached to the device. Locate the patient interface and delivery circuit in the left hand column. Find the corresponding flow rate by reading to the right under the corresponding column A through F. The lettered columns correspond to the lettered graduations on the flow meter. See section 2.2.3 of the User Manual for specific details on approved patient circuits and interfaces.
