ELI250c End-Of-Manufacture Customer Letter June 2020

June 1, 2020 Dear Valued Customer, We are issuing this letter to inform you that effective June 30, 2020, Hillrom will discontinue the sale and manufacture of the ELI ® 250c electrocardiograph. Hillrom will continue to provide depot repair, technical services including phone support, accessories, and parts support activities on the product addressed in this notification , for up to 5 years or until parts are no longer available. A selection of the impacted part numbers includes: ELI250c-***-***** BUR250c-***-*****

For most of our customers, the ELI 280 or the CP150™ ECGs are recommended as replacements for the ELI 250c ECG. Reach out to your Hillrom sales representative for specific configuration recommendations based on your specific needs. For Clinical Research customers, the ELI 150c ECG is recommended as the direct replacement.
