Infinity™+ Pump
Your health care professional has advised you to administer your tube feeding using an Infinity™+ enteral feeding pump. The Infinity™ pump is small and portable, enabling you to participate in physical activity or going out, without being held back by your feeding pump. The Infinity™ is the most accurate feeding pump available, helping you to easily and safely administer the feeding regime prescribed by your health care professional. The Infinity™+ pump offers additional options compared to the basic Infinity™ pump and therefore the operating instructions are slightly different.
Daily Care of the Infinity™+ pump > Make sure that your pump, including the sensors and the rotor, is kept clean. > The Infinity™ pump can be washed under running water if required; do not submerge the pump in water. > Always unplug the pump from the electrical circuit prior to cleaning. > Verify that the pump battery has enough capacity before going outside. If the battery is fully charged, the pump can operate for 24 hours (at an average speed of 125 ml/h). The level of the battery capacity is indicated by four bars at the bottom right in the display (between E (empty) and F (full)). Each bar represents ca. six hours of battery capacity. The battery will be fully reloaded after six hours of charging.
