ENDOSCOPE CLEANING GUIDE for EVIS EXERA III Duodenovideoscope TJF-Q190V

All steps of cleaning for endoscope are done in detergent solution or water completely, except for flushing with air and drying the external surfaces at the end of cleaning.

WARNING WARNING This workflow is a summary of the cleaning steps necessary to properly reprocess your TJF-Q190V and does not include disinfecting/sterilizing steps. Follow the detailed steps instructed in the latest ENDOSCOPE REPROCESSING MANUAL for TJF-Q190V. * The handle of the single use combination cleaning brush (BW-412T) or the brush handle of the channel-opening cleaning brush (MH-507) ** The channel cleaning brush part of the single use combination cleaning brush (BW-412T) or the channel cleaning brush (BW-20T)

Clean the external surfaces

Brush the distal end of the endoscope

Detergent solution

Before "Cleaning the external surfaces", "Precleaning" and "Leakage testing" should be done as described in the reprocessing manual.

Brush the distal end of the endoscope
