Supplying Power to the Ultrasound System (Updated content: Page 4-13, Instructions for Use) To power off the ultrasound system: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Press the partial power on/off control. To restart the system, click Restart. To power off the system, click Shutdown. To cancel the shutdown, click Cancel. To completely disconnect the ultrasound system from the power supply (supply mains), shut down and then unplug the ultrasound system from the power supply.
Activating Hibernate (Updated content: Page 4-14, Instructions for Use) Hibernate decreases the time to power on and off the ultrasound system. When hibernate is activated, the ultrasound system pauses the data transfer of images in progress. A delayed transfer resumes when the ultrasound system is powered on and the network connection is reestablished. To activate hibernate: Note: The ultrasound system should be shut down or restarted after using the hibernation function for 20 times, or after being in hibernation for 24 hours or longer.
1. 2. 3. 4.
Briefly press the partial power on/off control. Click Hibernate. Transport the ultrasound system to another location, if necessary. To exit hibernate and power on the ultrasound system, press the partial power on/off control.
