REAL INTELLIGENCE™ CORI™ ADDENDUM CAMERA VISIBILITY NOTES Customers may experience intermittent visibility of the REAL INTELLIGENCE tracker arrays as a result of normal system behavior for maintaining tracker accuracy. If intermittent visibility is occurring more frequently than expected, please see the following troubleshooting tips and notes to achieve more consistent visibility of the tracker arrays: 1. Angle the tracker array slightly up or down away from the direct line of sight from the camera. • Note: Moving the tracker array should be completed within the Camera Orientation Adjustment screen, ideally prior to collecting any registration points. Alternatively, if unable to move the tracker arrays, you may move the leg to angle the tracker array. 2. Position the camera closer to or farther away from the tracker arrays. • Note: On the Camera Orientation Adjustment screen (with camera view also accessible by pressing the tracker icons in the upper righthand corner), the green range represents distances of 1.2 – 2.0 m. It is recommended to position the camera either between 1.2 – 1.4 m or greater than 1.6 m from the tracker arrays. • In positioning of the camera, please be mindful of the sterile field and boundary in the operating room. • Refer to the REAL INTELLIGENCE◊ CORI◊ for Knee Arthroplasty User Manual: “Preparing for the Intraoperative Knee Procedure: Adjusting the Tracking Camera” section for a recommended positioning of tracker arrays within the green range.

3. If steps 1 and 2 do not improve the intermittent visibility, replace the flat markers on the tracker array with intermittent visibility. After replacing flat markers, be sure to re-verify the checkpoints.
