Daily Routine Checks & Monitoring Cleaning the external structure
Cleaning the internal stucture
Use mild detergents only, do not use abrasive detergents or solvents and/or thinners of any kind.
Remove the shelves inside the cabinet letting them slide on the rails.
Cleaning the control panel Clean the control board using a soft cloth dampened with a product specifically for plastic or a disinfectant specifically for this type of use.
Checking the door seal Clean with damp cloth, then completely dry seal. Any cracks, holes or tears need to be reported to the supervisor.

Checking temperature Each drying program has been set to specific temperature and is displayed on thE loading side control panel. If a drying cycle does not reach the required temperature this needs to be reported to the supervisor.

Front Panel Controls Display LED •
Displays the various programmes, temperatures and any machine faults.
•
During STAND-BY status, the type of programme selected is displayed.
•
After pressing START, the display indicates the temperature of the air inside the chamber and when pressing the PRG button the temperature in the heater.
•
In the event of a SHUTDOWN, the display indicated the shutdown status and the type of fault.
LEDs There are 9 Leds: •
one yellow Start led (1).
•
one flashing red led to indicate that an alarm has occurred.
•
one green led to indicate a complete cycle (3).
•
three yellow leds for indication of the various programme (4), (5), (6).
•
three flashing yellow leds (7), (8), (9) to indicate that the cycle is on process
Buzzer •
The buzzer sounds each time a key is pressed and intermittently in the case of a machine Shutdown.

Possible cause(s) •
Press the button to select the program “Pr1”.
•
STAND-BY CONDITION: the button is used in the menu to increase the numerical values, scroll through the list of operator parameters and the list of Inputs/Outputs.
•
Press the button to select the program “Pr2”.

STAND-BY CONDITION: the button is used in the menu to reduce the numerical values, scroll through the list of operator parameters and the list of Inputs/Outputs.

Press the button to select the program “Pr3”.
•
STAND-BY CONDITION: Press the button to scroll through the programs Pr1, Pr2, Pr3. Keep the button pressed for 5 seconds to visualize the menu.
•
Press the PRG button to scroll through the list of menu sectors.
•
CYCLE IN PROGRESS: Press the PRG button to visualize the temperature measured by the heaters. After a few seconds, the temperature of the air inside the cabinet it reappears.
•
STAND-BY CONDITION: Press the button to confirm the enter to the controls inside the menu.
•
CYCLE IN PROGRESS Press the button to begin the selected phase.
•
STAND-BY CONDITION: Press the button inside the menu to return at the previous or initial display state.
•
CYCLE IN PROGRESS, ONE DOOR MODEL: press the button to stop definitively the cycle in progress
•
CYCLE IN PROGRESS, TWO DOOR MODEL: Press the button to stop the cycle in progress. In this condition pressing START the cycle will be started again from the point at which it was interrupted, while pressing STOP the cycle will be stopped definitively.

Door Operation The machine is equipped witha door lock system. •
The Cycle STOP Button must be pressed in order to open the door.
•
The doors cannot be opened simultaneously.
•
If the door is not re closed within a set time the machine will display a warning message “OPn” on the display accompanied by a beep. The message will be cleared once the door is closed.
•
If the door is not closed within a further set time the machine will display an Alarm message “Er4” and the cycle will be interrupted. To rectify the door must be closed and Alarm reset sequence must be followed.

Loading the Drying Cabinet Baskets
CPC Connection
•
Place the DIN baskets with instruments to be dried inside the cabinet.
•
•
When loading the cabinet, please remember to start from the top shelf: this is for safety reasons.
In case of hollow instruments, it is possible to use the dedicated channels connected through CPC connectors to the drying circuit (Optional).
•
The connection procedure is described below: – Connect CPC connection of the pipe supplied to the drying circuit connector. – The other pipe end must be connected to the instrument to be dried.
•
To disconnect the pipe from the drying circuit connector press the tongue on top of the connector. Drying circuit connector

Alarm Reset In case of the alarm occurring you will need to perform a procedure on the touch pad which consists of the sequence below, to reset the alarm. 1. Press the STOP and START switches together and keep pressed for 5 seconds.
Once the alarm has be reset you will need to enter the cycle mode. Cycle mode is entered by pressing the START key, this command is only accepted if the machine is in wait mode and the door is closed. If the machine shutdown persists due to a fault in one of its components (e.g.: faulty probe, unsuitable levels, etc.) Seek technical assistance. 2. Press the programme P2 switch followed by the program P1 switch.
3. The machine is reset and returns to standby.

Emergency Door Release In case of emergency and/or the door has locked due to a power cut, it is possible to open the door manually as described below. 1. Remove the cap. 2. Insert the screwdriver into the hole on the closing panel of the cabinet. 3. Turn the screwdriver clockwise to unlock the door. 4. Open the door.

Trouble Shooting Alarm/Error Code
Possible cause(s) •
This occurs when there is an electrical power failure during a work cycle.
Uv Lamp Fault
•
UV lamp fault for more than the time set by parameter P24.

Door Open
•
Door being open for more than the time set by parameter P48.
Er5
Limit °C Cabinet Probe (Probe N°1)
•
This occurs when the during the cycle the temperature inside the cabinet is over the value set by parameter P16.
•
This condition happens when, with heaters ON. the temperature in the cabinet, does not increase of 1°c within the time setted by the parameter P19.
•
This control is carried out only if the temperature is lower than the one set by parameter P18.
•
Likely reasons of such a block could be either a problem on heating elements or a too low set time by the parameter.
•
This occurs when the temperature probe 1 (in the cabinet) is damaged.
•
This occurs when the temperature probe 2 (heater) is damaged.
•
This condition happens when, with heaters ON, the temperature in the heater, does not increase of 1•c within the time setted by the parameter P23.
•
This control is carried out only if the temperature is lower than the one set by parameter P22.
•
Likely reasons of such a block could be either a problem on heating elements or a too low set time by the parameter.

This occurs when during the cycle, the temperature inside the heater is over the value set by parameter P20.
