Routine Maintenance: Daily Cleaning of washing chamber drain filters Frequency of Intervention: every day Clean the washing chamber drain filters in the following manner: 1. Open the washing chamber door and extract the basket. 2. Extract the drain water filtering assembly from the chamber. 3. Unscrew the threaded pin and remove the cover of the drain water filter basket. 4. Clean the drain water filter basket. 5. Remove residues deposited during various washing cycles. 6. Remove and clean any deposits and incrustations from the washing chamber drain. 7. Replace the clean filter on the washing chamber drain. 8. Put the cover for the drain water filter back in place. 9. Lock it in position with the threaded pin. 10. Put the drain water filter group back in the washing chamber.

Routine Maintenance: Daily Cleaning the external body of the machine Cleaning outer body •
Use a damp cloth to clean the outer body of the machine.
•
Use only neutral detergents.
•
Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents and/or thinners of any kind.
Cleaning control panel •
Clean the control panel using only a soft cloth dampened with a product for the cleaning of plastic materials.

Routine Maintenance: Weekly Cleaning of washing rotors Frequency of Intervention: every week Clean the washing rotors as follows: 1. Open the washing chamber door and extract the basket. 2. Unscrew the fastening pin of the two rotors and extract them from the chamber. 3. Unscrew the closure plug of the rear part of the nozzle and remove it. 4. Carefully clean and remove any incrustations from the washing rotor nozzles using appropriate detergents. 5. Put the plugs back in place at the ends of the washing arms. 6. Make sure the gasket is properly positioned and in good condition. Replace it if necessary. 7. Put the rotors back on the machine. 8. Lock them in place with the previously removed fastening pin.

Routine Monitoring: Daily Perform one Tosi Test per Washer Disinfector on the first cycle of the day. Perform a Lumcheck on each MIS rack on their first cycle of use per day. Perform this test on a different irrigator each time to ensure that each irrigator gets tested.

Front Panel Controls Control panel (Loading side) The control panel is composed of a LCD Touchscreen monitor and a membrane keypad with six setting keys. The LCD monitor, depending on the programme/management status position, displays keys that can be selected by pressing the display area and which control specific control functions.

Main Menu •
This displays the various programmes, phases, the temperature and and abnormalities of the machine.
•
Initially, in the Standby status OK, it shows the type of programme selected. In the case of a Shutdown, the message ALARM appears (flashing).
•

By pressing on the message, the page related to alarms is displayed, with the possibility to reset. In the case of abnormalities, which do not lead to shutdown (lack of chemicals e.g. detergent), the display shows the message WARNING.

Pressing on this message shows the page related to warnings, with the possibility to reset.
On each page there are indication of 1. State of Machine 2. State of work cycle 3. State of the doors 4. Current page.

Opening and Closing the Door Door opening and closing takes place by means of motorized vertical sliding. This machine is equipped with a door-blocking system during operation. •
The door is constructed in high-resistance tempered glass and a special test (HST) during manufacture certifies its integrity and sturdiness.
Attention •
During normal use, be careful not to hit the glass brusquely as it may break.
•
Heat loss is contained by means of the use of a special material with a low dispersion coefficient.
•
lnsert the basket with care into the washing chamber to avoid the risk of glass breakage.
•
In spite of this, special care is advised during use due to the danger of burns.
•
Place the instruments into the basket. Instruments must not protrude beyond the boundaries of the basket to avoid damage to the glass door, basket, washer/disinfector chamber and instruments.
•
Before opening the door (on both sides) check that the opening area is free from obstacles.
•
To open the door during washing, it is necessary to interrupt the cycle, keeping in mind that: – The material contained in the machine may be very hot – Afterwards it is necessary to repeat the complete washing cycle. – Opening will be possible only on the loading side.
•
Door movement takes place only if the red emergency push button is activated.
•
The emergency switch can be accessed only by authorized technical personnel equipped with the proper key.
The machine is equipped with a key switch for opening/closing the loading side door, which can be used if a failure should shutdown the operation of the entire machine.

Starting a Cycle Preparation and load transfer •
Place the items to be washed inside the machine and position them carefully on the holder and in the rack.
•
Items should not overlap.
Warning
•
Receptacles should be positioned so that liquids can flow out easily.
•
The maximum load for each cycle is 100 Kg (basket included).
•
Tall or heavy items should be placed towards the midde of the basket if possible to facilitate washing.
•
Never use the machine without the basket!
•
Make sure that nothing is blocking the arms and that they turn freely.
•
•
Place the load uniformly in the basket.
Never empty any solid waste into the machine (excrement, toilet paper etc.). This will block the outlet system with pump and destroy the machine.
•
Non observance, even in part, of these instructions can cause dangerous leakage of water from the door.
Check the patency of hollow instruments prior to their treatment in the machine.

Place the basket with its load in the chamber.
Standby Page
•
Close the door by means of the CLOSE DOOR button.
In the standby phase, the machine shows the following page on the screen:
Press the WORKING CYCLE key to access the cycle selection page.
Attention If the basket is not positioned correctly, the door will not move. ln this case check that: •
The basket has reached the correct position, reference to this will be detected in sliding.
•
The direction of the basket is correct, which means that the magnetic sensors are turned towards the operator on the loading side.

3. Confirm. The number of the job order (3) is displayed automatically after the insertion of the values on the fields (1) and (2). Press CONFIRM button to confirm the values. 4. Start. The cycle is ready to start. Press START button to start the cycle.
1. Enter the operator code. If the recognition system is activated by the operator, it will be necessary to insert the code of the operator by using alphanumeric keyboard (to create, modify or delete the code of operator see the instruction Par. 7.6 of Operating Manual). Otherwise proceed to the line PROGRAM SELECTION where the last cycle run is displayed. 2. Select the cycle. Press on the field (2) to select the washing program between: •
List of basic programmes: the cycles prememorized by the manufacturer.
•
List of user programmes: the cycles created or modified by the user.
•
List of favourite programmes: the most frequently used programmes.

Simplified Cycle Status page
1. The name of the cycle (1). 2. The phase on cycle (2).
To display a simplified reading of the following information, push in the centre of the control panel once the cycle has started.
3. The action on cycle (3).
•
Real temperature in chamber (of principal system check).
•
Cycle time (elapsed and remaining).
•
Graphic indicator of real temperature and set-up.
4. The temperature of the probes (4). 5. The elapsed time after the attainment of all parameters (red), countdown of the remaining time to the end of the phase (green), the set time on the PF (white) (5). 6. Quantity of water and chemicals on correspondence of the tank or the water circuit and of the dosing pump (6).
To return to the Cycle Status Page, touch the centre of the control panel again.
7. The value of AO for control temperature and for the record temperature (7). 8. The value of the elapsed time and the countdown of the cycle (8).
Attention To display a simplified reading of the following information, push in the centre of the control panel once the cycle has started. To return to the Cycle Status Page, touch the centre of the control panel again.

Cancelling a Cycle 2. Once this is selected the following menu will pop up;
Please note that contents inside the washer may be very hot! 1. In the event that a cycle is to be cancelled we first need to press the FORCE button at the bottom of the cycle screen below;

3. Tap on the dial under END CYCLE. It will momentarily turn to the right. Then press END. 4. The cycle will now finish up and the machine will drain the water from the chamber.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to cancel a cycle, you must first clear any present ALARMS!

A0 is a formulated calculation of time (sec) & temp (Celsius) used to assess the overall lethality of the cycle. Check temperature has been at or above 900C for at least 60 seconds (1 ½ or more small squares) or 800C for a period of 600 seconds (10 squares).

Changing the Printer Paper 1. Handle is magnetic. 2. Remove handle. 3. To remove remainder of paper on the roll, pull green lever forward gently. 4. Pull back the remaining paper.

5. Feed the new roll into the slot and rollers. 6. Close green lever and feed paper will activate automatically. 7. Replace magnetic handle feeding paper through slot.

Alarm Reset In the instance of an anomaly, the message ALARM!! Will be displayed in the Status Bar. Press the alarm message and this will allow access to view the specific alarm.
Warning
•
The page ACTIVE ALARMS includes the alarms that occur during the operation of the machine.
•
It allows the operator to view a short description of the alarms present, in order to intervene correctly in order to solve them.
•
After performing the appropriate procedure to restore the cause of the alarm, press the button RESET shown in the picture above to reset the alarm.
•
Press END to return to the previous page.
In the presence of an alarm the machine stops. In this way the risk of causing breakages and/or malfunctions that may jeopardise the operation of the system is prevented or reduced.
