According to our records, you purchased a BladderScan device more than 8 years ago. As part of our service, we want to be sure you are aware that we are unable to offer new warranties for devices 8 years old and older. For such devices, we implement a flat fee service for all repairs. We also still offer our Total Customer Care Certification service for these instruments if they have no reported malfunctions. We hope you have had a positive experience with this device, which helped set the standard for portable bladder ultrasound. We offer a wide variety of upgrade solutions for customers who, like you, have long been part of the BladderScan family.
