Das OR1™ StreamConnect® II System ermöglicht eine komfortable Video- und Audiokommunikation zwischen dem OP und einem oder mehreren Arbeitsplätzen (z.B. Arztzimmer oder Hörsälen) innerhalb eines Krankenhauses. Im Zentrum des Systems steht das Krankenhausnetzwerk (LAN) an welches folgende Teilnehmer per Netzwerkkabel angeschlossen sind: 1. ein oder mehrere OPs/Zonen (bis zu 42) 2. der OR1™ StreamConnect® II Server 3. die OR1™ StreamConnect® II Anwender PCs* (bis zu 32). Auf dem Client PC wird die OR1™ StreamConnect® II Software installiert. Diese Software kommuniziert direkt mit dem OR1™ StreamConnect® II Server. Der OR1™ StreamConnect® II Server wird über einen speziellen Administrationsmodus mittels dieser Software konfiguriert. Der Anwender loggt sich mittels eines für Ihn angelegten Benutzernamens und Paßwortes in das System ein. Jeder dieser Anwender PCs ist ein Arbeitsplatz im Krankenhaus (z.B. Arztzimmer, Hörsaal o.ä.), der an das gleiche LAN wie der OR1 StreamConnect® II Server angeschlossen ist. Es ist also möglich, eine Operation aus einem OP des Krankenhauses in bis zu 32 Arztzimmer und Hörsäle dieses Krankenhauses zu übertragen. * siehe Systemvoraussetzung Anwender PC (S. 3)
The OR1™ StreamConnect® II system permits convenient video and audio communication between the OR and one or several workstations within a hospital (e.g., physician’s office or lecture halls). At the core of the system is the hospital network (LAN), to which the following participants are connected via network cable: 1. One or several ORs/zones (up to 42) 2. OR1™ StreamConnect® II server 3. OR1™ StreamConnect® II user PCs* (up to 32). The OR1™ StreamConnect® II software is installed on the client PC. This software communicates directly with the OR1™ StreamConnect® II server. The OR1™ StreamConnect® II server is configured using this software through a special administration mode. The user logs into the system using a special user name and password. Every one of these user PCs is a workstation in the hospital (e.g., physician’s office, lecture hall o r similar) connected to the same LAN as the OR1 StreamConnect® II server. Therefore, a surgical procedure in one operating room of the hospital can be transmitted to up to 32 physician’s offices and lecture halls within the same hospital. * Refer to System requirements user PC (p. 3)
El sistema OR1™ StreamConnect® II permite establecer una confortable comunicación de vídeo y audio entre el quirófano y uno o varios puestos de trabajo (p.ej. un consultorio o un aula) dentro de un hospital. • Record-Funktion. Im Arztzimmer/Hörsaal kann das aktuelle Videobild aus dem OP aufgezeichnet werden. • Audio-Talkback-Funktion (Push-to-talk). Kommunizieren Sie direkt vom Arztzimmer in den OP über die OR1™ StreamConnect® II Software. • Fullscreen- Funktion. Das ausgewählte Videobild (Zone) kann im Fullscreen angezeigt werden. Die Audio- Talkback- Funktion ist im Fullscreen weiterhin möglich. • Observe- Funktion. Das ausgewählte Videobild (Zone) wird im oberen linken Desktop Bildbereich minimiert angezeigt. Die Audio- TalkbackFunktion und Record- Funktion ist weiterhin möglich.
• Recording function. The current video image from the OR can be recorded in the physician’s office/lecture hall. • Audio Talkback function (push to talk). Communicate directly from the physician’s office to the OR through the OR1™ StreamConnect® II software. • Full screen function. The selected video image (zone) can be displayed on the full screen. The Audio Talkback function is still possible in the full screen. • Observe function. The selected video image (zone) is minimized and shown in the top left desktop image area. The Audio Talkback function and Record function are still possible.

This also applies to highly combustible and potentially explosive chemicals, e.g., skin disinfectants and fast-acting surface disinfectants.

Um das Gerät vollständig von der Spannungsversorgung zu trennen, ziehen Sie das Steckernetzteil aus der Steckdose. Hinweis: Zur Installation des Systems beachten Sie bitte auch noch die ‘OR1TM StreamConnect® II Installation instructions’ SV3593. Hinweis: Das Gehäuse des Gerätes muss an Schutzerde angeschlossen werden.
Note: The AC adaptor has to be plugged into an easily accessible socket. In order to disconnect the device completely from the power supply, unplug the AC adaptor. Note: For installing the system, please also observe the ‘OR1TM StreamConnect® II Installation instructions’ SV3593 Note: The housing of the device has to be connected to protective earth.

Hinweis: Ist die automatische Paßwort- Aktualisierung aktiviert, wird der Anwender alle 42 Tage aufgefordert sein Paßwort zu erneuern. Die Aktualisierung des Paßworts erfolgt, wie oben beschrieben, mit der Unterschied, dass sich der Anwender im „Log In“- Fenster mit Benutzername (User) und Paßwort (Password) anmeldet.
Note: If the automatic password update function is activated, the user is prompted to update his password every 42 days. The password is updated as described above with the difference that the user logs into the ‘Log In’ window with the user name and password.
Nota: Si está activada la actualización automática de contraseña, al usuario se le requiere renovar su contraseña cada 42 días. La actualización de la contraseña se lleva a cabo como se ha descrito más arriba, con la diferencia de que el usuario se registra en la ventana „Log In“ con el nombre de usuario (User) y la contraseña (Password).
Hinweis: Sollte der Anwender sein Passwort vergessen, hat der Administrator die Möglichkeit das Paßwort zurück zu setzen. Der Anwender muss beim nächsten Start der OR1 StreamConnect® II Software, sein Paßwort, wie oben beschrieben (erstmaliger Start) erneut eingeben.

Note: If the user forgets his password, the administrator is able to reset the password. The next time the OR1 StreamConnect® II software is started, the user has to enter his password as when logging in for the first time (see above).

Sollte der Benutzername oder das Paßwort falsch eingegeben worden sein, erfolgt die Meldung: „wrong user/ password“ Bitte geben Sie den Benutzername und das Paßwort nochmals ein. Hinweis: Der Benutzername wird nicht gesperrt, wenn das Paßwort oder der Benutzername mehrfach falsch eingegeben worden ist.

Hinweis: Im AV system NEO und in Foundation Systemen können bis zu zwei Raumkameras in das System integriert werden. Hinweis: In der Bedienoberfläche des AV system NEO gibt es den Button »Logout« bei den Steuerungselementen der Raumkamera. Wenn dieser Button aktiviert ist, ist die Raumkamera für einen externen Zugriff gesperrt, d.h. die Raumkamera lässt sich dann nicht über das OR1™ StreamConnect® II System bedienen. Erst wenn der Button »Logout« wieder deaktiviert wird, ist die Steuerung wieder über dieses System möglich. Hinweis: Je nach Netzwerkleistung kann die Ausführung der Raumkamerasteuerung verzögert erfolgen.
Note: A maximum of two room cameras can be integrated in the AV system NEO and in Foundation systems. Note: In the AV system NEO user interface there is a ‘Logout’ button in the room camera controls. Bedienung der ACC Funktion im AIDA System Die beiden ACC Funktionen im AIDA System können vom Arbeitsplatz aus im OP bedient werden. Dies ermöglicht die Erstellung von Bildern direkt auf dem AIDA System. Diese beiden ACC Buttons erscheinen ausschließlich wenn diese in den Setups bei der endoskopischen Kamera konfiguriert worden sind. Hinweis: Je nach Netzwerkleistung kann die Ausführung der ACC Buttons sowie die Videoübertragung verzögert erfolgen. Dadurch kann nicht gewährleistet werden, dass auch die Aufnahmen erfolgen, die gewünscht sind. Daher wird empfohlen Videos mit der Record-Funktion des OR1™ StreamConnect® II aufzunehmen.
Operating the ACC function in the AIDA system The two ACC functions in the AIDA system can be controlled in the OR from the worksite. This permits generating images directly on the AIDA system. The two ACC buttons only appear if they have been configured in the Setups in the endoscopic camera.

Note: Depending on network performance, the response to ACC button commands and video transmission may be delayed. This may result in recordings other than those desired. Therefore, we recommend recording videos with the Record function of OR1™ StreamConnect® II.
